This two-day workshop seeks to create understanding and bridge the gap between human rights and land governance by bringing together policymakers, human rights practitioners, and civil society actors, with case studies from these three African countries. It will provide a platform to share knowledge, build capacity, and promote rights-based approaches that protect tenure rights and empower those most at risk of dispossession.
