This event will connect the peace, governance and climate agendas around rangelands, provide evidence on the linkages between pastoralist marginalization in resources governance, local conflicts and the spread of violent extremism, and call for policies that address structural inequalities faced by pastoralist communities to strengthen their resilience and counter violet extremism.
