Working Better, Together: Enhancing the effectiveness of agroecology interventions through voluntary reporting

Across Kenya, dozens of actors are advancing agroecological practices and contributing to the implementation of the National Agroecology Strategy for Food Systems Transformation (NAS-FST). Though the NAS-FST represents a pivotal opportunity for progress, the agroecology movement still lacks a critical element for systemic transformation: shared coordination or reporting tool. Without one, efforts remain fragmented, limiting opportunities for partnership, synergy, and shared learning.

To help bridge this gap, TMG Research, in partnership with CIFOR-ICRAF and GIZ, has developed the Kenya Agroecology Actor Dashboard—a practical and powerful tool to map, connect, and amplify the work of agroecology actors across all 47 counties. This interactive platform provides an avenue for reporting and tracking the implementation of the NAS-FST, enabling real-time monitoring of progress. By doing so, the Dashboard supports strategic alignment, better visibility, data-driven decision-making, and up-to-date monitoring in the implementation of the NAS-FST.

We warmly invite you to join us for a webinar on Thursday, 20th November 2025 at 3:00 - 4:30PM (EAT), where we will delve into the transformational potential of the Kenya Agroecology Actor Dashboard. This session will bring together stakeholders for an important discussion on how the Dashboard can strengthen collective impact, foster accountability and visibility, and build a more connected and impactful agroecology community through voluntary reporting.

We hope you will join us! Please register to receive future updates and reminders. We look forward to your participation and insights.
