Apsa Diallo

Apsa Diallo manages Foyer FAMA, a shelter in Ouagadougou where women find refuge and can take care of themselves and their children in the large communal kitchen. The Foyer FAMA communal kitchen serves as a production facility where women produce dishes and snacks there, which are sold in the city to so-called mobile restaurants. These are cargo bikes that have been specially modified for enterprising purposes.
