Maria Ploug Petersen

Maria works as a senior adviser on integrated approaches to realising human rights and sustainable development. Before joining the Danish Institute of Human Rights in 2020, she worked for 15 years in the field of sustainable development and human rights with the UNDP, the Open Society Foundations, and with CARE International at the global policy and country implementation level.
